| One of the four Accelerators. Trains your ability to transfer a technique or state from seated practice into more challenging settings, step by step. The level of challenge can be controlled by: 1. The complexity of the setting, including practice positions, types of movement, and locations (e.g., walk around your room vs. dance at a party) and 2. How challenging the technique is (e.g., Expansion/Contraction) or how deep the state is (e.g., Vibratory Flow). You can work with a motion challenge sequence to progressively increase the range of situations in which you experience a deep state, and the complexity of the situations in which you do a technique, over time.<br />
