Definitions	One of the three core attention skills, the ability to focus on what you choose when you want to. You can think of it as a kind of flexible focus. Can be developed by focusing on a small or large object of focus, and for a short or long period of time. Can be developed by keeping your focus within a focus range for as long as possible (sustained concentration), or by focusing for brief moments on one or more sensory experiences within a focus range (momentary concentration).
