Definitions	The main reward associated with Equanimity. Over time, CC&E act on your sensory system to remove or release to the surface whatever gets in the way of deep Equanimity. We can use the word purification to talk about these aspects of practice experience: Having equanimity when blockages (holdings that create sensory friction) are removed at the deep level through momentum practice Having equanimity when stored blockages come to the surface to get released through intentional practice (for instance, through deconstructing them) Recognizing how the process of release helps you access deeper CC&E more consistently Developing an appreciation for this process so it gives you a kind of fulfillment
