  1. A technique in the Appreciate quadrant that focuses attention on what you feel physically in the body (i.e., both active and restful body sensations that are not emotional in nature), including taste and smell.
  2. Short for the space where you detect physical experience in the body, or what you feel physically in the body, whether active or restful.
