Term See Hear Feel Out
Definitions
  1. A technique in the Appreciate quadrant that focuses attention on activity and rest in See Out, Hear Out, and Feel Out. Sometimes called Focus Out.
  2. Shorthand for sensory experience in the outer spaces, which includes:
  • See Out (physical sights and the restful soft gaze)
  • Hear Out (physical sounds and silence)
  • Feel Out (physical type body sensations—as opposed to emotional—including taste and smell, and physical rest, including relaxation and the absence of body sensations)
