Term | Do Nothing |
Definitions | A technique in the Express Quadrant in which you allow attention to be spontaneously focused, rather than intentionally focusing on experience. Whenever you happen to notice that you have an intention to direct your attention, such as to follow a thought, or even toward developing CC&E, you drop that intention. Involves the most passive stance of all UM standard techniques. May result in confusion, sleepiness, or feeling like you’re not meditating, but is designed to point to Absolute Now through Auto Focus, the attainment. When CC&E is developed through this technique, that happens by naturally dropping into heightened skills due to the spontaneous focusing of attention. |
