- Whenever a sensory experience goes away, whether partially or completely, and you detect the instant it happens. If the experience doesn’t completely go away, you notice the moment part of it goes, whether it gets weaker (like detecting the instant a sound gets softer even if the sound doesn’t go away completely) or whether it takes up less space (like detecting the instant part of an image disappears).
- A way to access Absolute Rest. With high enough CC&E, Gone is always available. Everything is always passing. You can direct awareness toward that at any time. You don’t need to wait for sensory experience to be a certain way.
