Definitions
  1. A technique in the Appreciate quadrant that focuses attention on what you hear in the mind, both active (mental talk) and restful (mental quiet).
  2. Short for the space where you detect mental talk or mental quiet, or what you hear in the mind, whether active or restful. For instance, leading a tour of the senses you say, We’ll call the area where you notice mental talk or mental quiet, Hear In. (Hear In space is sometimes referred to as Talk space.)
