Term In/Out
Definitions A two-part division of sensory experience:
  1. In means mental image, mental talk, and emotional body sensations and their restful states. See In, Hear In, and Feel In are sometimes called the “inner system.”
  2. Out means external sight, external sound, and physical (i.e., non-emotional) body sensations and their restful states.
