Evil Robot: Acting from Auto without concern for ethical or skillful behavior. Inappropriate use of mindfulness practice in general and Auto in specific. Has a very special meaning, which is the general idea that, As long as I'm loving and empty (i.e., acting from a place of Auto/Spontaneity), I can treat people badly and get away with anything. Creating feedback channels for your own behavior can help you avoid this trap.
Bad Robot: Unskillful actions, whether ethical or behavioral, which happen automatically or out of habit and without awareness. For example, verbally snapping at others when irritated, compulsively checking online notifications, or eating unhealthy foods when upset. Happens in daily life for people with or without practice—for instance, they see themselves doing things they regret, but keep doing it.
Neutral Robot: Ordinary actions in daily life performed without any awareness, on autopilot. For example, holding a conversation while walking (who is walking?) or being lost in thought and arriving at a location when you drive (who drove?). These routine actions could be neutral, such as checking the mail, or positive, such as eating a healthy snack.
Good Robot: Intentionally developing CC&E by focusing on Auto. Nurturing an awareness of just happening or spontaneity of expression (Think, Speak, Move), which you systematically explore and enjoy with CC&E, to meet any happiness goal.
Magic Robot: Speech, thought, and/or body expression that is both admirable in content and effortless in contour. In other words, the content is highly appropriate and beneficial, given the situation, and expressed with conscious spontaneity or bounce. Combines the sense of being completely free with the sense of being largely controlled by positive habits.
