Term See Rest
Definitions A technique in the Appreciate quadrant that focuses attention on restful visual experience, whether inner or outer. It can be done with your eyes open or closed. Focus Range includes:
  1. Inner Visual Rest: The absence of mental images, a defocused internal gaze, and the grayscale (See Inner Visual Rest and Grayscale).
  2. Shorthand for restful experience in See.
  3. Outer Visual Rest: The defocused (i.e., soft) gaze with eyes open (You are looking through the physical world and not looking at anything in particular.)
