Designed to give an intuitive, balanced, and comprehensive overview of meditative practice and experience. Techniques are organized based on how they highlight and explore different aspects, phases, and themes of experience. Taken together, the four quadrants—Appreciate, Transcend, Express, Nurture—form a complete picture of practice.
