| Definitions | The darkness and/or brightness in front of and/or behind your closed eyes, which is a form of visual rest. It could be mainly dark or bright, a mixture of the two, or some gray tone in between. It may be uniform, blotchy or pixelated, stable or flowing. Technically, it is a mixture of physical light coming through from the outside, mixed with darkness or brightness from the “source of consciousness,” and can be considered a mixture of inner and outer visual rest. |
