Term Formal Practice
Definitions A period of practice lasting 10 minutes or more in which your attention is dedicated to a technique. Can be performed in stillness or in motion (e.g., while walking, or during an activity like gardening), with eyes open or closed, in a simple environment (e.g., in a quiet room) or a complex environment (e.g., a crowded airport).
