Term Trait Mindfulness
Definitions A UM-specific way to understand consistent, positive features of your experience and behavior that are a result of your mindfulness training. The main ones identified are:
  • Heightened Baseline CC&E on average in daily life when you’re not particularly trying to be that way
  • Reward states, for instance, vibratory flow reliably accessible in daily life and even when you have a sensory challenge
  • The ability to apply mindfulness strategies well
  • Skillful behavior due to elevated CC&E
  • The ability to communicate clearly about mindfulness
