Term Zooming
Definitions An option for controlling the spatial scope of your focus that can be used with any technique. May happen in these ways:
  1. Zoom In to narrow your focus.
  2. Zoom Out to broaden your focus.
  3. Zoom Both Ways to put some attention on a narrow region or local intensity, while at the same time spreading your attention more broadly.

These spatial adjustments with your attention help clarify the full extent as well as all the parts of the sensory event (Clarity). They can also encourage conscious or subconscious spread (Equanimity).
