| Definitions | Specific choices you can make while practicing a technique to help you work with windows and/or walls, or to help make practice fun, interesting, and/or more productive (i.e., based on ION). Can be standard (i.e., included in the instructions of a standard technique, such as re-noting or zooming) or designer (i.e., you can create a custom element such as noting gone while practicing the SHF technique).
Doesn’t include choices within a focus range, for example, the choice to focus on physical relaxation, absence of sensation, or emotional neutrality in the Feel Rest technique, or technique ingredients that are hardwired into the instruction set, such as using an Even Coverage contact strategy in Auto Think. |
