Definitions | The fourth column on UM’s Happiness Grid, this happiness type refers to skillful action and behavior (i.e., actions or behaviors that are considered positive, good, beneficial, adaptive, etc.). As with all items on the Happiness Grid, this refers both to the impact of a practice and the impact of other factors such as learning activities, behavioral support, chance, and so forth.
