Definitions	Anything or anyone who acts as a direct resource—people, places, or things—for applying and developing mindful awareness, and ultimately, practice maturity. For example, meeting with a Trainer, practicing with a community, or using an app. Covers two of the Four Pillars of Practice, Get Support and Give Support. (Self) The internalized skill of guiding your own practice. An aspect of Trait Mindfulness that involves following your instincts about how to develop mindfulness and apply it well in life situations. Learning how to support others can also help you be better at doing this for yourself in your own practice.
