Definitions | A UM focus strategy in which you actively direct attention away from a given experience and intentionally focus on another. Often used to work indirectly with unpleasant experiences that feel too challenging to approach directly, but the experience you Anchor Away from may also be pleasant. Common anchors include but are not limited to See Out, Hear Out, Feel Out, Feel Rest, or a Hear Good phrase. Pairs with Turn Toward. |
