Definitions	A UM focus strategy in which you intentionally place attention on and open up to a sensory experience. Often used to work directly with unpleasant experience (walls) but may also be applied to pleasant experience (windows). As you apply this strategy, you untangle experience through Clarity, unblock it through Equanimity, and—if you’re taking an active stance during noting—you soak into the experience through the intense focus of high Concentration coupled with enhanced sensory detection. Pairs with Anchor Away.
