Definitions | A practice approach you apply to a particular sensory experience, either during practice (e.g., you’re doing See Hear Feel and suddenly there’s a lot of Flow in the body) or related to an objective situation (e.g., a co-worker speaks unkindly to you and you need to manage your reactions). Strategies can involve selecting a technique, technique options (like spoken labels), and/or setting options (i.e., formal/informal), and you can use them to address specific windows or walls, or ordinary experiences and situations.
