Term Duration Challenge
Definitions One of the four accelerators which trains your ability to do a session of formal practice in stillness with less movement over longer periods of time. There are two ways your range of rigor can be controlled: the length of the practice session and how much you adjust your position (e.g., attempting to move less than usual or holding a set position without any movement at all).
