Term Response Challenge
Definitions One of the four Accelerators. Allows you to systematically explore your inner system (or parts of it) in reaction to a sight, sound, or touch in your environment in preparation for when they come up unpredictably in everyday life. You can control the stimulus by type (i.e., sight, sound, touch, or some combination), hedonic valence (i.e., pleasant, unpleasant, both, or neither), intensity, duration, and length of time between exposures. For example, you could listen to music or watch the news and then intentionally apply a technique to turn toward or anchor away from any inner activation.
