Equally important to apply whether reactions happen in life (momentum practice) or during intentional practice. If you notice an inner reaction during intentional practice, whether it happens in your focus range or outside it, you can use the technique you’re working with or choose to switch techniques, either turning toward the reaction or anchoring away from it. |
