Term Momentum Practice
Definitions The carry-over from past practice that has an effect on your present moment experience when you’re not intentionally trying to practice. Anyone with a mindfulness practice enjoys this benefit.

Once you start a mindfulness practice, at any given instant, you’ll be doing one of four kinds of practice: 1) Formal Practice, 2) Background Practice, 3) Microhits, 4) Momentum Practice.
