Term See Hear Feel Now
Definitions A technique in the Transcend Quadrant that focuses attention on Expansion/Contraction Flow and its disappearance. Designed to point to the Absolute. Includes all deep phase themes that may come up.

As a reminder here are relevant Absolute Now themes:

  1. The perception of any form as formless (Absolute Activity or Deep E/C Flow)
  2. The perception of time as formless (Def 2)
  3. The perception of formlessness (Absolute Rest as cessation)
  4. Deep Spontaneity in Expression (Def 6)

When you’re in a deeper phase of experience contacting Vibratory Flow and/or Spaciousness, deep Expansion/Contraction Flow may naturally show up as a unifying theme and if so, you can systematically explore and work with that theme. Can also be used as a sensitizing exercise to explore Expansion/Contraction in more surface ways, such as focusing on any increase and/or decrease in intensity, frequency, and/or size of a sensory experience, any outward and/or inward pressure, or any scattering and/or gathering force. This includes how that may happen in Vibratory Flow. Also includes the resolving of these aspects into Rest.
