Term | Set Sequence |
Definitions | A way to organize your training session by practicing several techniques in a specific order, like circuit training, or interval training, with techniques. Typically you set a time period to practice each technique (such as 10 minutes), and you can repeat the sequence until the end of your session. You can create your own or follow a UM standard set sequence, such as scrolling through the SHF family (i.e., Just See, Just Hear, Just Feel, SHF), or scrolling through the Feel Great family (i.e., Feel Rest, Feel Flow, Feel Good, Feel Bounce). |
