Definitions | One of the Four Pillars. Periods of intense, continuous practice which commonly last about a week. Can be as short as four hours of unbroken intentional practice or go on for months or even years. Can be in person or online, solo or group, include contact with a teacher, or be self-guided. Typically you aim for the ideal of unbroken training, from the moment you wake up to the moment you lose consciousness in sleep. |
